Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to functional manufacturing defects of the Professional Electric Hair Straightener Brush and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

  • Defects in the heating element that result in inconsistent or inadequate heating performance due to manufacturing faults.
  • Electrical failures due to manufacturing defects.
  • Buttons or controls failing to function due to manufacturing defects.
  • Structural defects in the brush handle or body due to manufacturing faults.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular usage.
  • Damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Issues caused by using the product with incorrect voltage or power supply.
  • Damage due to accidental drops, water exposure, or external impact.
  • Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by unauthorized personnel.
  • Any cosmetic damages such as scratches, discoloration, or fading.

Warranty Claim Proces

To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  • Clear photographs and video of the defect.

Verification:
Upon receiving your claim request, our team will assess the defect to determine if it qualifies under the warranty terms.

Resolution:
If approved, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Repair of the defective part.
  • Replacement with a similar product (subject to availability).
  • Refund at our discretion (in cases where repair or replacement is not feasible).

Conditions for Warranty Validity

  • The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from IQOMI or authorized sellers.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Claims must be made within the warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper use and care of the product as per the provided guidelines.
  • Use only recommended cleaning materials and methods.

Additional Notes

  • Meserii reserves the right to make the final decision on the eligibility and resolution of warranty claims.
  • Warranty services are limited to domestic customers in India.
